From phoning at 8am to being seen by the Dr the same morning, and then having a same day appointment for bloodtests, my experience was above and beyond with all of the staff concerned. Very professional and expeditious all round. Highly recommend this practice.

Didn’t struggle to get a face to face appointment but clinicians are also very responsive to online consultations. Care received was very good - thorough but also friendly. What all primary care experiences should be like!

I’m a new patient and so far the communication has been brilliant. That’s all that’s needed communication.

- Telephone staff listened realised I needed to see a doctor even through fully booked and sorted it out. Doctor was fantastic when I saw him and even got me a same day blood test.

- I moved to Greyfriars due to my previous surgery not providing support for my problem. Since moving to this surgery I have been very surprised by the difference in service.
