Older Adults Team
At Greyfriars Surgery, we pride ourselves on supporting everyone in our community including our most vulnerable. As part of this we offer the Older Adults Team, whose aim is to support and advise patients aged 65 and over, with their health and social needs.
If you are aged 65 or over you will be included on our surgery's older adult register.
A few examples are:
- A general check up on your health
- Help with mobility
- Provide equipment to help you remain independent and safe in your own home
- Information can be given regarding services that may be use to you
- Advice on any medication you are taking
- Advice on any allowance you may be entitled to
- A listening ear that cares.
