TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
- Online appointments are for TELEPHONE call backs only. If the clinician identifies you require a face to face appointment once they have spoken with you, we will book this. If you attend the surgery for a telephone appointment, you will be turned away.
- Whilst the appointment may state a certain time, please be aware this could be anytime within 2 hours of this slot so please stay near your phone. Calls come up as a withheld number.
Please indicate the reason for your appointment when booking online. Greyfriars Surgery is dedicated to providing a high quality service to all patients. If appointments are deemed as being inappropriate for the person they are booked with, we may contact you to discuss moving the appointment to an alternative clinician.

Our routine appointment time is 5 to 10 minutes. If you have a number of issues which you wish to discuss with your doctor, please inform the receptionist when booking your appointment.
